For adult men and women, aged 16 to 85 in the Coventry and surrounding areas in Warwickshire you will find a premier self defence system that is practical and learnt at your pace.
Whether you're an elite athelete, existing martial artist, school leaver, professional or homemaker you will gain self defence and all the associated benefits such as health, fitness, flexibility, weight loss and confidence building. You will get to choose what is important to you, and then it is part of your program delivered in a great social atmosphere.
For children, aged 4 to 7, they will have fun in a program learning the life skills you choose such as respect, focus and self control at high intensity ensuring they never get bored. They also get to learn how their bodies work through games based on Karate, Kick Boxing, Judo, Jujitsu, Thai Boxing, Capoeira, Filipino Arnis, MMA, Ninjitsu and more. Everything for your child is non-contact to ensure their safety. The hard and soft rewards they will earn is GUARANTEED to boost your child's confidence and self-esteem. Your child will understand safety training in various situations such as Stranger awareness, Road awareness and Bully awareness.
Juniors, kids aged 8 to 11, your son or daughter will learn leadership skills where they will be able to concentrate, be confident in front of others and demonstrate real improvements in school. Again your GUARANTEE will ensure their success.

For your piece of mind all full time and volunteer coaches are enhanced CRB checked, insured and part of the largest single Martial Arts governing body namely EWTO/IWTA.
Our ethos is to deliver our programs in your areas in dedicated clubs, secondary/ primary schools and social groups. We are currently located in two central locations in Coventry with additional schools in Bell Green, Hillfields, Tile Hill, and Folehill and other surrounding areas. We provide training 6 days a week Monday to Saturday with seminars on Sundays.
